Product Introduction

Time to market is critical for any new product to successfully capture market share. With quickening obsolescence and technological advancements, new products must be brought to market quickly. With our 'Quick Response' methodology in place, we have been able to significantly reduce the lead-time from product design to mass production.

We have a "Focus" project team to liaise with Customer and Supplier to ensure smooth and timely product introduction and execution. We also provide DFM/DFT for design improvement as well as process capabilities study for optimum manufacturing.
