West Belida PSC

RH Petrogas successfully completed the acquisition of Orchard Energy Pte. Ltd. ("Orchard Energy") on 14 June 2010. Singapore-based Orchard Energy is an exploration and production company which holds a production sharing contract in West Belida Block, Jambi, South Sumatra, Indonesia, covering an area of approximately 1,402 sq km. Partnering with Orchard Energy is Bayu Energy Lestari, an Indonesian-owned company. Orchard Energy West Belida Limited (OEWBL) operates the block with 94% working interest.

The West Belida project, along with the Fuyu project in China, reiterates our position as a major player in the oil and gas industry. We intend to continue building a portfolio of such opportunities going forward. Orchard Energy changed its name to RH Petrogas Singapore Pte. Ltd. on 7 July 2010.

The West Belida Block is located onshore South Sumatra (Figure 1) adjacent to a number of oil and gas discoveries in the prolific South Sumatra Basin. The block area is 1402 km² and is highly prospective. 2D seismic operations are expected to commence later this year, with an exploration well planned for 2012.
