RH Petrogas Limited ("RH Petrogas") aims to be a leading independent oil and gas company in the region.

Our Group's first oil and gas project is a production sharing contract ("PSC") with China National Petroleum Corporation ("CNPC") to jointly develop and produce hydrocarbon resources in Block 1 of Fuyu in the Songliao Basin, Jilin Province, the PRC ("Fuyu 1 Block").

Apart from the rich crude oil resources available at Fuyu 1 Block, RH Petrogas has also successfully completed the acquisition of Orchard Energy Pte. Ltd. (“Orchard Energy”) on 14 June 2010. Singapore-based Orchard Energy is an oil and gas exploration and production company which holds a production sharing contract in relation to the exploration and production of petroleum in West Belida Block, Jambi, South Sumatra, Indonesia, covering an area of approximately 1,402 sq km.

Orchard Energy changed its name to RH Petrogas Singapore Pte. Ltd. on 7 July 2010.

The two projects provide an excellent platform for the Group to expand into the robust Asian oil and gas market. The Group is continuing to explore more opportunities to strengthen its position in the energy sector.

Besides our oil and gas business, we also have an Electronics Manufacturing Services ("EMS") business which focuses on providing manufacturing and testing of high quality electronics products to the global market.

Our core EMS business competencies are Printed Circuit Board Assembly ("PCBA") Manufacturing and Box-Build (final assembly). Our services include prototyping, full turnkey and consignment manufacturing, and total supply chain management.
